Ordering using a Credit Card online or via Telephone

Mushbox™ accepts credit cards using 100% secure processing online. Currently only accepting Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. You can create an account and store your card details for future use and faster ordering. Please note your details are safe with us and we have a strict policy regarding spam and keeping our customers information safe at all times.

When your credit card is processed by Mushbox™ it will actually be billed by our parent company Innersight Trading so please be aware when you see this name displayed on your credit card statement shortly after submitting the order. All transactions are instant and the funds are processed when your order is approved.

All credit card orders are shipped 24-48 hours after they are approved. You should receive an email statement immediatly after submitting your order, and another confirmation reciept when your order is actually shipped. This second email should also contain a tracking ID and any other shipping details. If you do not recieve your confirmation emails please contact us and verify your email address, it is important to ensure the correct information is on hand in case we need to contact you.

*Special Note for customers using Gift Cards
The back of the card has a website where you can check the balance left on it, and on that website there is a place where you can register the card with your actual address in case of it becoming lost or stolen. Once you have registered the address on your card you can use it on websites like ours that require more information to be processed. After doing this your Gift Card should be approved on our website.

*Different billing and shipping address?
If you need to place an order and you have a different address for your billing and shipping locations we will require an extra process of confirmation before we can ship your order. Due to recent fraud attempts we will require a phone call confirmation with owner of the credit card matching the phone number on the order. After we have confirmed the order is being made by the card owner it will be shipped to the different address. Any order over $300.00 value with a different shipping / billing address cannot be accepted via credit card and will require up front payment via mail order or wire transfer. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.

 

Ordering Via Mail Order

Another accepted payment method is using the mail and sending in a money order, bank draft, cash, or even your credit card details to process manually. We can also accept credit card information via Fax. If you choose to send in your payment using the mail it is very important to take certain precautions to ensure your payment arrives safely. *Please understand that the customer is 100% responsible for all mail payments until they have been delivered to us. If you do not take the necessary precautions we cannot be held liable if it does not reach us.

Suggested Mail Order Precautions:

  • Always send your payment with a tracking number.
  • Make sure your package is insured for the value of its contents.
  • Verify it is only payable to Innersight Trading.
  • Make sure the contents are not easily identified as cash money.

You can also send personal checks but due to previous incidents we will require a 30 day hold on any personal or company checks. Cashies checks are accepted upon verification and will not require a 30 day hold.

 

Ordering with Credit Card Via Telephone

If you are not familiar with the internet and want to place an order over the phone we would be happy to create your order and process it over the phone in person. Please note you still require a credit card to complete a telephone order as we will take your details and process them in real time over the phone. It would then be processed the same as a regular order.

It is important to know what you want to order before calling us, and also please have your shipping and billing information on hand to expedite the process. Please call us toll free, Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm pacific standard time at : 1-888-GRO-MUSH (476-6874) and press 2 for Canada. If you do not get an answer please leave a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as possible.

 

Shipping Information

All Canadian orders are shipped from BC, Canada using Canadapost.ca. All orders are sent with tracking and insurance and are 100% guaranteed for safe, intact delivery. Please verify the contents of your order upon arrival to ensure it is not damaged and everything is included. All orders are shipped 24-48 hours or 2 business days after the payment is approved.

Customer Privacy and Discretion is important to us.
All orders are sent with customer privacy and discretion in mind. We do not have any information on the outside of the package stating it is for growing mushrooms or anything related to mushrooms. The ONLY information displayed is the shipping label containing the customer address and our company name "Innersight Trading" as the sender. It does not mention Mushbox™ or anything to do with mushrooms. All orders are sent in a plain brown box and we never share the customer information with anyone, ever.

 
Refunds, Order Cancellation, and Return Policy

In a situation were a customer is not satisfied with there order they can use the Mushbox™ Guarantee. Every situation and each customer is different so we feel its important to handle them individually. Please contact us to talk about any refunds, cancellations, or returns and we will try and work out arrangements to make both parties satisfied.

If a refund has been approved it will be processed in the manner it was received. Credit card orders are refunded via the billing system and can take anyway from 2-10 business days to show on your statement depending on your bank and credit card. You will also get an email showing the details of the refund including the amount, time, and any processing codes. If you ordered via mail your refund will have to be sent via mail and will be a bank draft, money order, or check from our main company Innersight Trading.

If you need to cancel an existing order you can only do so if it has not already shipped. If the order has been processed with a tracking number and the shipping date has passed we cannot stop orders already in transit. You will have to wait for it to arrive and deny the package so it is returned to us. When the item has been returned we can process a refund, minus the shipping fees incurred and a 5$ restocking fee.

If you have already received your order and want to return it please make arrangements with our support team before sending it or the refund will not be approved. Any shipping fees related to sending back the order are the customers responsibility and it is important to include tracking / insurance to verify the return actually makes it to its destination. If you send a return you are liable to ensure it is delivered, if it goes missing on the way back to us your refund will not be approved. If any items are damaged or missing that amount will be deducted from the refund total, as well as the original shipping fees, and a 5$ restocking fee. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.

 
Order Tracking & Your Mushbox™ Account

After you have submitted your order and created an account you can login anytime and see the status of our order. If it has not been updated within 2 business days please contact the shipping team to request an update on your order. In the event of a backorder or any delay on shipping we will update your order notes and send an email with any information related to your order. When your order has shipped the tracking details will be added to your order notes and emailed to you. It is important to have an active and accurate email address / phone number updated in your account at all times so we can ensure fast communication with you.
