If your mushroom kit, growing system, or any substrate product does not perform to your expectations we will send you a replacement or upgrade to give you another try. As long as the customer is abiding to the Terms of Use and growing legal, edible mushrooms the guarantee is valid. If you do not want to use the guarantee for product replacements you can request a partial refund. In most cases you will receive a refund minus the cost of shipping to send the original order but every situation is not the same. We are always open to ideas and suggestions to ensure the relationship with our customers is maintained.
