The jars are pre-sterlized and sealed with an injection port in the lid making it easy to peel back the foil and start the inoculation with spores or culture. Start spawn from almost any variety of mushroom with these jars of rye. Made with organic rye grain (berries) using precision and care.

Once the rye grain has colonized with the mushroom species of your choosing you would then spawn this mycelium to another substrate of choice like shredded wheat straw, compost or manure creating a robust substrate base from which you would case beautiful and organic mushrooms.
